Welcome to our September 2019 Newsletter, with news on our upcoming  Classes,  WorkshopsTreatment Offers and other interesting articles.

There are a few changes to our timetable this term, with Mum & Baby Yoga moving to a Tuesday at 11:00-12:15 and Baby Massage to a Thursday at 14:00-15:00. There’s also a couple of additions to the schedule on Thursday’s with an exciting new class –  Face Yoga Method (FYM) at 10:45-11:45 and a Pilates course for Complete Beginners at 12:00-13:00! Classes are starting again from Wed 4th September and will run up until 25th October.

To take advantage of our 10% early booking discount for Fitness Courses, please make sure you call us with your payment details by 30th August (full courses only).  If you are one of our regular class-goers and want to re-book your space, please make sure you do this by Wed 28th August in order to keep your place.

We have all heard it many times before – regular exercise is good for you, and it can help you lose weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases and improve your mood, energy levels and sleep.  In this newsletter you can read about why exercise is so good for you and what you can gain from it.

So, Yoga is not just for the mind and body, you can now improve the look and tone of your face!  Bonnie Ryckova, one of our Pilates instructors, has recently trained in Face Yoga Method (FYM) and will be holding a couple of introductory Workshops, as well as a short 4 week course over the next couple of months.  FYM is a completely natural alternative to anti-aging remedies and the exercises taught are simple and can be done anywhere.

Yoga has great benefits for adults, but it’s also a great practice for Teenagers to take up. A few spaces has become available in our very popular Tuesday and Thursday Teen Yoga classes (for 13 to 16 year olds), starting w/c 9th September.

It’s all about exercise and Yoga in this Newsletter! In addition to Yoga being great for Teenagers, Adults and now also your Facial appearance, it is also great to do during Pregnancy!  During pregnancy your body goes through many changes, which creates stress, both mentally and physically. In addition to providing exercise, you’ll also learn proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labour. Classes are held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and will start from 4th September for 8 weeks.

We also have some other great workshops coming up over the next couple of months, with ‘Meditation – A Day of Peace & Calm’, ‘A Lighter You – Nutritional Workshop’, ‘Introduction to the Alexander Technique’, ‘Happy Hips – Yoga Workshop‘, as well as ‘Hypnobirthing’ and ‘Baby & Child First Aid’.

Treatment Offers for September & October will be the amazing Pregnancy Hydrotherm Massage with £10 OFF during September, and the ever popular Indian Head Massage with £5 OFF throughout October.
