Caroline was first introduced to yoga many years ago whilst on her travels around India, and since then she has been practising and loving yoga. Caroline teaches Hatha, Teen and Pre and-Post Natal Yoga, and incorporate the different styles she has experienced over the years. She completed her 200-hour Hatha, and pre and-post natal teacher training in 2011 and have been teaching ever since.
Caroline’s classes are fun yet challenging, where you’ll explore pranayama, asana and always a well earned relaxation.
She feels very lucky to share, learn and grow with all the lovely students she’s had the pleasure to work with.
About the Workshop
Together we can lengthen the hamstrings and release those hips. Tight hips and hamstrings can hold a great deal of stress, impacting on our lower back, posture and energy levels. In this 2 hour workshop we will be working deeply into all those muscles, using blocks and straps if needed. As we work deeply positive energy will be released, creating suppleness and leaving us feeling rejuvenated. Modifications and variations will be available to all, including beginners.
