Happy Hips - Yoga Workshop
Sat 23rd March - 14:30-16:30 with Caroline Kelly
Caroline was first introduced to yoga many years ago whilst on her travels around India, and since then she has been practising and loving yoga. Caroline teaches Hatha, Teen and Pre and-Post Natal Yoga, and incorporate the different styles she has experienced over the years. She completed her 200-hour Hatha, and pre and-post natal teacher training in 2011 and have been teaching ever since.
Caroline’s classes are fun yet challenging, where you’ll explore pranayama, asana and always a well earned relaxation.
She feels very lucky to share, learn and grow with all the lovely students she’s had the pleasure to work with.
About the Workshop
Tight hips can hold a great deal of stress, impacting on our lower back, posture and energy levels.
This workshop will allow us to explore a variety of different ways to work on opening the hips, whilst protecting the knees. Some of the postures will be dynamic, whilst others will be held for longer periods of time. This can really help to release long-held tension and tightness in this area. Working deeply on the hips can release positive energy, leaving us to feel light, supple and rejuvenated.
So join us to explore and experiment and make friends with our hips. This 2 hour workshop is open to all levels, including beginners.
