Bonnie Ryckova changed her career path from an office job to fitness in 2009 and never looked back. As a rehabilitation Pilates Teacher and personal trainer she has good understanding of the body’s alignment and muscle function. Becoming a Face Yoga Method Teacher gave her the power to tone and balance the entire body.
About the Workshop
As we start to mature our skin naturally starts to sag, due to loss of Elastin in the skin, but did you know that there is a completely natural way of getting firmer and more youthful looking skin?
By practicing a series of facial exercises (Face Yoga Method – FYM) you can learn to tone the muscles beneath the facial skin and increase facial circulation and blood flow which results in a more youthful and radiant complexion. The FYM is an unique and natural approach that improves the overall health and appearance of your face and neck. There are over 43 muscles in the face that can be targeted to lift the skin, naturally reduce and prevent wrinkles and brighten the complexion.
During this workshop you’ll find out more about FYM and how to release tension from your body and face. You will learn how to activate and control your facial muscles in order to change your bad facial expression, which will in turn reduce and prevent wrinkles. There will also be some self- and skin-care advice, to help make your skin looking radiant.
