Samantha is a licensed Buggyfit Instructor and Personal Trainer. She worked in the city as a corporate lawyer for 10 years before having twins nearly 4 years ago and a son 20 months ago, so she knows exactly what it is like trying to juggle young children and exercise!
Samantha has had a passion for sport and exercise all her life and is a keen runner (10km and half marathons) and enjoy strength conditioning. She re-qualified as a level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor as she wanted a work/life balance and to help mums regain their health and fitness in a fun and social environment. Samantha is also qualified in kettlebells, circuit training, nutrition for health and fitness, pre and postnatal exercise and in first aid.
