Marina's background is theater, both as a performer and latterly in creative direction. She performed with ballet companies, and then went on to work in musical theater. She was involved in the staging of shows internationally, and has coached and taught for many years.
She was introduced to Pilates during her dancing through injury, and found it to be both remedially positive and very strengthening.
She is keen to make pilates accessible to all: helping to overcome injury, improve flexibility, and strengthen the body, such that we can all enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
