Janice has always been fascinated by the human body and how it functions, moves and heals. After graduating in Applied Biological Sciences, specialising in Physiology & Pharmacology Janice spend many years in the pharmaceutical industry in a corporate role before becoming a Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist. Janice is passionate about helping others to move with greater ease and to feel good within themselves whether this be through yoga or massage!
Through her Sports massage, Janice helps clients prepare for events, avoid injury, aid recovery and maintain function & performance. Her holistic massages promote a sense of wellbeing, helping the mind and body to relax to aid stress reduction and also provide relief and harmony during pregnancy.
Janice has worked with rugby teams and at events such as the Windsor Half Marathon.
