DYNAMIC HATHA YOGA, TEEN YOGA, PREGNANCY YOGA
Caroline was first introduced to yoga many years ago whilst on her travels around India, and since then she has been practising and loving yoga. Caroline teaches Hatha, Teen and Pre- and Post Natal Yoga, and incorporate the different styles she has experienced over the years. She completed her 200-hour Hatha, and pre and-post natal teacher training in 2011 and have been teaching ever since.
Caroline’s classes are fun yet challenging, where you’ll explore pranayama, asana and always a well earned relaxation.
She feels very lucky to share, learn and grow with all the lovely students she’s had the pleasure to work with.
