Belen Dakak

Belén is originally from Argentina with Italian roots. She has always been active since a young age, trained in modern dance as a teenager, awareness of the body and movement comes naturally to her.

Belén found yoga when she was trying to balance work and life stresses that gave her back pain, anxiety and other ailments. She practised different styles of yoga for a few years before deciding to take the 200hrs YTT course in Sri Lanka by Mathieu Boldron where she trained in “Yinyasa”, a combination of Yin and Vinyasa flow using your breath as a guide.

Her classes suit all levels and are accessible to everyone including kids and teens. She teaches a flow that focuses on the movement of the body in harmony with the breath (pranayama), bringing awareness to the mind-body connection to achieve self awareness, relaxation and general wellbeing from the practice.

Through her classes, Belén helps you to re-awaken your true essence or simply feel calmer and re-energised in your daily life. Become more compassionate, embracing of others and kind to all living things.
