This 5 hour workshop is a gentle introduction to simple meditation, mindfulness and relaxation exercises for the time pressed and stressed. The exercises, when used regularly, can have a significant impact in reducing stress levels, promoting well-being and improving one’s physical and emotional health. Better still, everything taught on this day can be incorporated into one's everyday life, easily and without spending more money. Come and learn these techniques with Karen Young, who has practised and taught meditation for many years and who specialises, through different complementary therapies, in stress management. This workshop is taught in informal, small groups; the exercises are very practical and are not linked to any particular philosophy, culture or religion.
