Hydrotherm Massage
A three dimensional massage technique, where you lay on two warm water pillows, with your spine in perfect alignment and remaining face up throughout the treatment. The gentle heat of the water increases local ciruclation and helps with the removal of toxins, therefore not only being relaxing its also detoxifying. This massage is also suitable in pregnancy and for the ones finding it uncomfortable lying on their front.
Sports Massage/Deep Tissue Massage
