Essentially Yours specialises in creating natural and organically derived products, using ingredients from Soil association or Eco-Certified sources and working only with the very finest unadulterated essential oils for maximum benefits.
Many of today’s cosmetics and toiletries contain harsh and sometimes harmful chemicals. They can contribute to dry and prematurely aged skin or even worse, can be carcinogenic (cancerous). Some of the ingredients that may be found in both over the counter or professional skin care products are:
- Parabens – Found in cancer tumours
- Petro-Chemicals – Strips the skin of its own natural oils
- Synthetic Perfumes – The biggest cause of allergies
- Sodium Laurel Sulphate (SLS) – Can cause eye irritation, skin rashes and hair loss.
- Propylene Glycols – Better know as “Anti-Freeze”.

- Sodium Lauryl Ethyl Sulphate (SLES) – A mild foaming agent derived from coconut (not to be confused with SLS).
