Post Natal Yoga w/Baby

Ante Natal or Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is a very special time and a woman’s body and mind experience tremendous changes within a short period. Yoga offers specifically modified postures which promote flexibility and the strength to accommodate the growing baby. It allows your body to open gently in preparation for birth, enables you to release physical tension and emotional fears, and teaches you relaxation techniques which you can use throughout your pregnancy.

Post-Natal Fitness Class
This class consists of a progressive fitness programme structured to the physiological and hormonal re-adjustments of the post-natal period and is adapted to the various conditions of childbirth. The exercises will help you to re-balance your body, recover your figure and re-gain your energy levels. We welcome you after the 6th week post-partum and the baby can come with you.

Buggyfit

This class is done outdoors in the fresh air with your baby in it's buggy. A one hour class of power walking, stretches, strengthening and toning, which will improve posture and pelvic floor strength to make you look and feel great!

Post-Natal Yoga with Baby (6 weeks to 6 months)
This is a very special yoga to help mums with postnatal recovery and is done with the baby. The sessions aim to promote strength and vitality and improve posture through gentle yoga poses. The poses are done with the babies, allowing mum and baby to get to know and bond with each other.

Recommended for babies from 6 weeks to 6 months.

Post Natal Yoga with Baby (6-12 months)

This class is for mums with babies from 6-12 months and the yoga practice involve deeper stretching and more vigorous, revitalising postures and breathing. The class will aid the baby's development, allowing them to stretch and move in ways that they can't always manage alone.
