Lotte Berk Method
Combines elements from modern and classical dance, yoga and ballet exercises into a highly sensual and satisfying fitness system. It will firm, lengthen and shape muscles to their optimal form. The core stomach muscles get stronger, supporting your spine, flattening your stomach and improving your posture. Your bottom will lift and your thighs will get trimmer. The exercises will give a lean, supple and toned look to your body, rather than a muscular bulky look.

I first took up Lotte Berk 3 years ago. I had tried yoga a few times, but wanted to find something different - and a little more lively. Because Lotte Berk is based on ballet movements and is done to music, it was just what I was looking for. Lotte Berk is all about isolating specific muscle areas and making tiny movements to shape and tone those muscles - the exercises are graceful but controlled and when done regularly (2/3 times per week) you see amazing results really quickly. Combining toning and stretching of all body parts with a focus on core stability and stretching to increase flexibility and suppleness.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Emphasis is on toning lower body; abdominals, hips, thighs and buttocks. A class which specifically targets those problem areas, with low impact, easy to follow moves.
