Pilates Beginners

Pilates helps to increase and create a balance between strength and flexibility, create an awareness of and strengthen dynamic stability, improve coordination, release stress and improve posture.

 

Pilates Intermediates

For those who have already done a beginners course. In this class you will continue to practice the fundamentals but also learn some of the ‘Classical’ exercises.

 

Pilates on the Ball currently not running

Using equipment in mat work Pilates will take it to a new level. For the beginner it introduces the fundamental principles of Pilates such as breathing, alignment, centering and focusing the mind, whilst for the experienced it adds new challenges, as well as a great deal of fun. In addition to swiss balls you will also be introduced to foam rollers, pilates circles, resistance bands and exercise balls.
