Pilates Beginners
This foundation course teaches the basic principles you need to fully benefit from Pilates. You’ll learn to engage your deep core muscles, whilst getting a full body workout which will tone and strengthen your physique.
Pilates Intermediates
For those who have already done a beginners course. In this class you will continue to practice the fundamentals but also learn some of the ‘Classical’ exercises.
Power Pilates currently not running
This class brings back the focus towards the original classical Pilates exercises as taught by Joseph Pilates. The focus of the class is flow and linking the
exercises together by transition. The main emphasis is on body-sculpting, fat burning and targeting the common problem areas, such as bums, hip, thighs in the lower body and stomach, shoulders, arms and back in the upper body. This is a challenging class for those with a good fitness level and not suitable for anyone with an existing injury.
