SEPTEMBER 2009 PRICE INCREASE
Our 6 or 7 weeks course prices will stay the same, but the cost for single classes or courses less than 6 weeks will increase by £1 a class. This means that any:

60 min class = £13 x number of classes
75 min class = £14.50 x number of classes
90 min class = £16 x number of classes (excluding Saturday am Yoga, which will still stay at £15)
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For any treatment bookings please give us 24 hour notice should have to cancel. Any cancellation after this will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The full fee will be charged for appointments that are not kept.

Fitness Course Cancellations

If a client cancels a course up to 48 hours preceding course commencing date, a full refund minus a £5 administration fee will be returned. With less than 48 hours notice, a refund cannot be given, however, if a replacement student is found then your payment can be applied to another course.

If a client misses a particular class during a course, that class is forfeited and is not transferable. Should you wish to cancel part way through a course, then we will view this on a case by case situation. Classes cannot be carried over into the next term.

Fitness Course Cancellation by Earthlife
A minimum number of participants are required for each course, Earthlife reserve the right to postpone or cancel courses which does not reach the required number. If a course is postponed or and clients are unable to make the new date, or a course is cancelled a full refund of the course fees will be issued, unless the client would like to transfer to a different course.
 

EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNTS

We offer a 10% early booking discount for full 6 or 7 week courses of fitness classes when booked by a certain date. The date will be announced in our newsletters and will also show in our Special Offers section of this website. If you would like to take advantage of the discount, please make sure that you call us before the date announced, as the discount will not be available after this date.
