Teen Yoga 13+
Yoga practice can provide a refuge in today’s hectic world in which teens are continuously bombarded with stimuli. It can help with both physical and emotional health, sharpen focus, and improve attention span while engaging in a healthy and enjoyable activity. Yoga is also a wonderful way to develop strength and suppleness, as well as good posture and co-ordination in a non-competitive setting.
